I went in for a Ford factory recall. The recall was done but I was told the car needed a new battery immediately. It would cost me $240.00. When I showed the service writer that this dealer Kain Ford installed the battery less than 3 years ago and the battery itself was installed there by them, and it was still within the Ford battery manufacturer’s 3 year warranty I was told that because the car was now out of warranty that means the battery was also out of warranty. This shows how this dealer really works. More
