I dropped my car off to fix 3 issues. I send my car to the dealer two times ,one time it stayed there ten days and the second time for twenty five days and after all that time they couldn’t fix it and they didn’t know what to do with it and when there ten days and the second time for twenty five days and after all that time they couldn’t fix it and they didn’t know what to do with it and when I went to pick it up I had to inform them about the problem but they said we have nothing to do with you just go where you buy it from and refuse to write anything on the report and refuse to give me any help about it More

My car has been in the shop for over 2 weeks. This is the third time it’s been in the shop in the last 2 months. Something slowly drains the battery and you can’t seem to figure it out. I don’t believe anyone works on it, it just sits on a back lot somewhere. Over the years we have purchased 5 or 6 cars from you. What a way to treat loyal customers. More

I could not be more satisfied with the service I received at Crown with our Yukon XL. It developed an unforeseen but known engine problem that occurred right at the wrong time, and we were very worried about at Crown with our Yukon XL. It developed an unforeseen but known engine problem that occurred right at the wrong time, and we were very worried about getting it fixed as it would likely be very expensive. Scott Sparks and the management did not have to help us, but they did as they stand by their customers and helped my family through a difficult time. I am so glad that we have continued to do business with Crown as they treat you like they would their own family. I intend to continue doing business with Crown for as long as possible as they stand by their customers and take care of them with top notch service and care. I can't thank them enough for all that they have done. More
