i got a 30 min notice that my truck was ready before the service center shut down. by the time i got there, it was closed. no one in the dealership could check me out. so I had to uber back home and leave service center shut down. by the time i got there, it was closed. no one in the dealership could check me out. so I had to uber back home and leave my truck there until Monday morning. Absolutely ridiculous!! especially when I dropped my truck off at 9am that morning. Any other time, had I stayed in the lobby, the oil change (only) would have been done in 1.5-2hrs. because I dropped it off, they pushed my truck back until the end of the day. so i was out of transportation for the weekend and $60 in uber charges for nothing.
