My Title application which we have called about several times and nobody has called us back. The net price is incorrect, should be $19,005. I called the DMV in Jeff City about it and was told they tax on times and nobody has called us back. The net price is incorrect, should be $19,005. I won’t do business with a dealership that ignores the many phone calls and never returns the calls or takes care of the two problems I’m left with. More

Buying my VW Tiguan from Suntrup was the absolute best car-buying experience I've ever had! I had been shopping the VW brand for over a year, so I was happy to finally find one that I thought I might lo car-buying experience I've ever had! I had been shopping the VW brand for over a year, so I was happy to finally find one that I thought I might love. I was able to start the process at home by shopping and getting my approval online. Once I got to the dealership for my test drive appointment, Kai already had the SUV ready and waiting. While waiting for the paperwork to be prepared, which didn't take long at all, I had the chance to meet other people of the Suntrup team and they were very nice and friendly. Overall, it was just a great experience! I love my Tiguan and I'm glad that I chose Suntrup over other VW dealers! More

I absolutely hate hate hate car buying and already had a negative experience from the Auffenberg dealership close to my house. Thankfully I came to Suntrup where I dealt with Kai. First, he actually showed me the cars I was interested in. He did not man splain nor ask me numerous times where my husband was. Kai also did not pressure me whatsoever. It was a great experience. I am very happy with my new TAOS. And, when I realized I left items in the car I traded in, Kai bagged them up nicely for me. He even put the bumperdillo and license plate holder on my car as well.
