The car they sold me was dirty which I found disrespectful when buying a new car. I asked to have the dealership logos removed and they didn’t remove them before I left after I asked twice. Also disrespectful when buying a new car. I asked to have the dealership logos removed and they didn’t remove them before I left after I asked twice. Also they forgot to take the license plates off my car I traded in so they had to be mailed. Lastly, the car I purchased was in an accident which is fine. Kai stated the damage was “only cosmetic”. Now it seems to be having suspension issues as well as the doors aren’t closing properly which makes me suspect frame issues which isn’t “cosmetic”. Now I have to take it into Chrysler and hope it’s covered under bumper to bumper warranty. Overall, not a good or professional experience by Corwin Honda. More

The sales process was ok, similar to other dealers. The finance person was actually pretty helpful and not pushy to us. After sale follow up was not good. We had some accessories as part of the deal a The finance person was actually pretty helpful and not pushy to us. After sale follow up was not good. We had some accessories as part of the deal and were waiting to pick up the vehicle. Our sales person got sick and there was no one specifically backing him up, so communication was basically one sided from me. When we went to pick it up there was no one designated to help us and another sales person stepped in. He found out that someone had taken the floor mats from the vehicle. These are back ordered until who knows when. Luckily I purchased some winter mats so I can use them. The dealership needs some better policies on after sale etiquette and sales backups. With that all said, we had some helpful people and the process wasn’t awful, but could be better. More

The absolute best experience ever with purchasing a car. My salesman was personable and listened to my request. Honda worked hard to get me a great deal while meeting all my request in my new car.
