After purchasing all the extra maintenance agreements, the cost of maintenance and repairs was unbelievable! On a regular check up, cost was $800 for a part that was unquestionable as to whether it was ac the cost of maintenance and repairs was unbelievable! I sold it early in this year and bought a Subaru:) More

This is my first time as a customer to Toyota. I bought a used Corolla as is with over 200k miles just as a runner vehicle, and we had an issue a few weeks after buying. The service department and I bought a used Corolla as is with over 200k miles just as a runner vehicle, and we had an issue a few weeks after buying. The service department and sales team worked with me to get the car back up and running great. Kacie was great in the service department! I will be back to purchase more vehicles in the future here and continue service! More

I arrived for an appointment at 3pm after rearranging my work schedule to be able to get there on time. I went into work 2 hours early in order to be able to make my 3pm appointment and had to arrange for o work schedule to be able to get there on time. I went into work 2 hours early in order to be able to make my 3pm appointment and had to arrange for other people cover for me at work. I was extremely disappointed when I waited 2 hours and then they told me nothing had been done to my car and I would need to make another appointment for another day. Never going back again. What are appointments for? More
