I took my vehicle to Toyota of Scranton for the 5000 mile maintenance and was told I needed an alignment that would cost $169.00. I took my vehicle to certified mechanic who does alignments and was told I di maintenance and was told I needed an alignment that would cost $169.00. I took my vehicle to certified mechanic who does alignments and was told I did not need an alignment! Shame on Toyota of Scranton’s service department! I also want to add the garage who does the alignments only charges $90 for an alignment. Toyota is a rip off! More

Well after selling me a Honda crv I had it 2 days before the transmission went out of it so this rating is for the service department not for the sales they fixed the transmission at no cost for me and goi the transmission went out of it so this rating is for the service department not for the sales they fixed the transmission at no cost for me and going to do the detail work because there was water damage to the seats ,and fix the paint chips on the hood More

Kacie was so wonderful! Walked me through all the repairs. She checked in with me while I waited. I can’t say enough great things about her customer service.
