Ken Ganley Toyota will give you a bad trade-in value on your vehicle. You must negotiate to get a fair* price. Their salespeople will lie(omit the truth) to increase profits. Additional salesperson will try to upsell you on other important features at the end of your consultation, with the ability to set his own prices. The new* vehicle was very dirty on the inside, even know they claimed it was detailed. The service is slow, but not bad. Car wash has been down for months, despite that being a highlighted feature of the sale. Hidden fees discovered after purchase. More

I can't thank the entire staff @ Ken Granley Toyota for making our purchase a pleasant, easy experience. The mgr, himself, took my call on a Saturday afternoon. I had called after seeing an ad on Carfax. T making our purchase a pleasant, easy experience. The mgr, himself, took my call on a Saturday afternoon. I had called after seeing an ad on Carfax. The mgr even offered to "go out to the lot & physically put his hand on the hood" to assure me the car was available. The sales agent was kind & patient, giving us all the details & took us for a test drive. Within a couple hrs, we had signed all necessary paperwork, even though we weren't able to transfer funds from savings to checking until Monday. AND there was another interested party scheduled to see the car in just a couple hrs. We agreed we'd drop of the check & pick up the car Tues or Wed, allowing suffient time for banking & giving the dealership adequate time to detail the car. By Monday, the necessary financial arrangements had been made & I was anxious to get the car so I called & asked if it would be possible to pick it up that day. Sure enough, by that afternoon, not only was my car all shined up... it was sitting on the showroom floor, under the spotlights, as if it were a brand new $40,000 car. I so appreciate that we were treated the same, buying a used car from you, as if we'd purchased a new one. I've already spread the word on what a pleasant experience your staff made of car shopping. Despite having contacted the General Manager and another employee, nobody has gotten back to me. In addition, l keep getting surveys sent to me. My issue has not been addressed, but seemingly the more impor employee, nobody has gotten back to me. In addition, l keep getting surveys sent to me. My issue has not been addressed, but seemingly the more important thing is for me to complete multiple surveys. Pretty disappointed with Toyota and this dealership. Not at all happy about putting my 4 year old in my car twice per day with an open recall that “can’t yet be fixed”. Would I choose Toyota for my next vehicle? Based on my experience, what do you think? Would you? More

Ken Ganley simply is the best dealership I have dealt with. Their service department is 2nd to none! Always a great experience. Justin the GM is a great person to work with and is thoroughly honest.
