Justin was ok. I think if there is an issue with an appointment, in my case there were things that couldn’t be done that late in the day, the service advisor should I think if there is an issue with an appointment, in my case there were things that couldn’t be done that late in the day, the service advisor should call more than just the mobile if they can’t get ahold of someone. Also, if the scheduled items can’t be completed, a loaner car should be issued since it wasn’t the customers mistake. More

Justin has been very helpful; we are not pleased that our 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe hybrid has incurred THREE engine check warnings in the past three months. Justin has maintained his professionalism in dealing with customers who have been visibly upset with the unreliability of their vehicle. And by the way, the engine check light came back on within three miles of leaving the dealership after our last maintenance session. Again, your dealership has tried to deal with the issues as they have appeared; we are extremely disappointed with Hyundai corporate, and the quality of the vehicle that we purchased. More
