Brandon was very easy to work with, and was forthcoming about my options for what I was looking for. I handled this the transaction in non-traditional way: my husband did all of the leg work for me and the about my options for what I was looking for. This is because I typically dislike the car purchase/lease process so much that I want zero part of it. Brandon was understanding and flexible and the overall experience was very good. They charged me for sealant on car after I told them I couldn’t afford it 6X. They made it seem like they were doing me a favor by including it at no extra cost when I bought brand new car, but then I not couldn’t afford it 6X.
