I love the fact that after waiting for less than five minutes. Nicole Nelson approached my vehicle asked may I help you. After explaining I had a Service appointment for 9:00AM Nicole listened to my co minutes. Nicole Nelson approached my vehicle asked may I help you. After explaining I had a Service appointment for 9:00AM Nicole listened to my concerns patiently. She directed my granddaughter and I to the waiting area. Once the service was completed Nicole explained that all of my concerns for my Hyundia Tucson had been taken care of. Nicole was profession, polite and she got the job done. Kudos to Nicole Nelson. My salesperson Justin Rodriguez was pleasant to work with and very patient throughout the process. I wasn't ready to buy for about a month after test driving the car, and Justin did not push me into making a and very patient throughout the process. I wasn't ready to buy for about a month after test driving the car, and Justin did not push me into making a decision and understood my situation. During that month, he was responsive when I needed to ask him questions. We worked out a decent deal through phone and text so that the signing process at the dealership was quick. The vehicle did have quite a bit of watermarks but Justin and his manager Mike "MJ" made sure that I was taken care of and set up a time to get it detailed again. Both of them followed up after purchase to make sure that I was fully satisfied. This is my first Hyundai and South Bay Hyundai did a great job providing a good first impression and customer service throughout. More
