He was easy to talk to, answered all of my questions, followed up consistently, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the process. His kindness and professionalism truly stood out. I also want to thank Jay Lack, the business/finance manager, who made the financial side of things simple and easy to understand. He was personable, professional, and made everything feel effortless. One more shout out to the awesome Sandy, who sits in the front. She’s super sweet. Overall, this was one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve had.
