I have grown up and lived in South County my whole life, and being that I am part owner here at Sunset Ford, Southern Illinois & South County have become my life. I am here to help however I can. So whether it be a Service, Parts, Body Shop or Sales related questions or concerns, I can help. I am also passionate in the Accessory and Aftermarket business. As far as when I have spare time outside of work, you will find me working on my personal trucks, or spending time with my family, wife and 2 girls, either down at Suson Park, Grants Farm, or at the Lake. My goals here at work are to carry on our family traditions in running a local business for over 111 years in the same location. Great business with old school ethics. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and worked with me and my vehicle. Lonnie was very personable and made me feel welcome and let They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and worked with me and my vehicle. Lonnie was very personable and made me feel welcome and let me know the status on my vehicle the whole time. Justin was very easy to work with and went beyond to make sure everything went as I would hope. My vehicle was done in a timely manner and for that I am very appreciative. I will go back for any service and will see if their sells department has the same values the next time I’m ready to buy. Thank you More

Had a oil change and when I got home had to wipe off oil filter oil everywhere. Had tailgate keep opening they said they fixed it next time out tailgate hit trailer .. three months later and four trips to S filter oil everywhere. Would never go back again. Customer service sucks. Manager sucks. You have been warned. Find another place to go. Horrible horrible place. Made my husband walk home after not releasing my vehicle we live 35 mins away. It was 28 degrees outside. When asked why she couldn’t give him my car she got an attitude and proceeded to tell him that she shouldn’t even be there because it was 5:02 and they close @ 5 Kelly is the one who called me to tell me my car was ready.Kelly from customer service was the most disrespectful. disappointing customer service rep I have ever met. Once she called me to tel me my car was ready. She told my husband that him and I need to do our jobs and call the warranty company our selves. That’s not our job it’s Kelly’s job to do. Again do not take your car here. You will be disappointed. You have been warned. More
