Totally prepared when I arrived. Very efficient . First of all talked with Brittany by phone. And she answered all my questions honestly. Made an appointment at that time. I went into the dealership and it was walking into an old friends home. EVERYONE was very friendly, happy we were there and couldn't do enough to accommodate our needs. I worked with Jason Mozzone, what a great guy he is. He went way over what the car needed and to be safe. Since I am an old lady, lol. I have recommended Jason and City Chevy and Ford to many people. Bottom line...Great people, honest, and they git er dun. More
