Jason was a great salesperson to deal with. We had gone in on a Sunday and the salesperson we normally deal with was not working. Jason took his time showing us cars even though we were not his customers. Due to Jason's professionalism and patience, we made a decision on the spot to lease another Mercedes. (We had been thinking of switching to Audi.) He then spent alot of time trying to find a car that had e everything on our list. Great salesman. Will recommend him to anyone looking for a Mercedes. More

Mercedes motto is "the best or nothing" unfortunately the service center did not live up to that motto. I dropped off my car on a Wednesday for a diagnostic test. My advisor stated he will keep me posted on service center did not live up to that motto. I dropped off my car on a Wednesday for a diagnostic test. My advisor stated he will keep me posted on the diagnosis and it takes an hour. It was 5pm ...the end of my work shift ... and I had to contact my advisor in regards to the diagnostic test results. He informed me that a part has been ordered and it would arrive by Friday or the latest by Tuesday. Monday I called my advisor. I received no response; Tuesday I called him, he then text back to say he wasn't in the office on Monday. He then mentioned that he checked with his tech and the part that I need for my car was on back order from Germany with no ETA. I requested a shuttle so that I can pick up my car. My advisor did the bare minimum....he didn't show empathy, compassion... nor did he provide any advisement. My part being on back order was the least of his concerns. My advisor could have provided options or alternatives for me, instead he left me hopeless. I would have appreciated if my advisor checked with the parts department to see if someone else in another Benz location had the part that I needed. If my advisor said "Asheka I'm sorry that this part is on back order, I'm going to check with the parts department to see if we can search for this part." I would have been less likely to send a negative review but unfortunately I'm left with no choice as my advisor was not adequate. It's summer in NYC and my 3 year old car needs an AC compressor. My advisor could have offered a loaner since he couldn't provide an ETA on my part's arrival. When I arrived to pick up my car thankfully one of the front desk representatives showed empathy and advised me to speak with the parts department to see if anyone coulld help. Thank God for Gerry in the parts department! Within 5-7 mins he found the part I needed located at another warehouse. The parts department is a few feet away from my advisor 's desk. It amazes me that he couldn't take those extra steps to help me. I informed my advisor that a little bit can go along way when it comes to helping customers. He went back and forth with me through text without taking any accountability for his lack of understanding. I even had to ask my advisor for an apology. When I asked why wasn't a loaner provided, he then said typically a loaner takes 3-4 weeks. Did he check to see if maybe one was available? Or if the wait could've shortened? Waiting 3-4 weeks is better than "unfortunately we have no ETA". I received a text informing me that my part has arrived. I called to make an appt the woman who answered informed me that she has no availability this week or next. Not only did I have to find a way to acquire the part, thank you again Gerry, but I was then being told that although the part finally arrived, I had to wait weeks to get it put in. I had to passionately speak to the representative. Luckily, she spoke to her manager and i was accommodated. I dropped off my car that morning. I asked for a new advisor. I was told by the NEW advisor that there were still no guarantees that the car would be fixed. Thankfully Friday my car was fixed and ready for pick up. I'm disappointed and dissatisfied with the service I received. More

My loaner was an EV! The EQB350 that I drove for 2 days was impressive, and interesting. Lifting off the throttle and you experience regenerative braking, the SUV was recharging the battery and slowing the vehicle! The vehicle was quiet, quick and the ride was smooth and responsive, with excellent handling. The EQB350 was everything I’ve come to expect from Mercedes-Benz of Rockville Centre. More
