salesman was not very professional Our experience with the salesman was much less than professional. Our experience may have been very different had we had a different salesman. The warranty salesman was absolutely wonderful and kind of wish he would have sold us our car. We chose to pay a mechanic to inspect the car before we purchased. Several things came back as needing to be replaced and I still believe that we should have been reimbursed for the mechanic inspection since things did not turn out very well. I had good and bad experiences throughout the process, however, the service department was decent. I love my car but I probably would not purchase from this dealership again. More

Poor service and diagnosis Power steering pump failed in 18 months and service advisor recommended changing the power steering suction hose. Front crankshaft seal was leaking an Power steering pump failed in 18 months and service advisor recommended changing the power steering suction hose. Front crankshaft seal was leaking and advisor recommended changing the oil cooler o ring. Total estimate 500 that would not fix the issue. My warranty company suggested not to go to Stateline Nissan due to inflated repairs and costs. More
