Seems to me they r more friendly/helpful when they want
to sell a car but afterwards, little contact. However, general manager is very professional. Paid more than we should have but that's on me. Dealersh

Now, 25 days later, no tags for the car have. Dealership just advised me they had misplaced my paperwork. Unprofessional. Just said they were sorry. My 30 Day tags run out in 4 days. Also, Jr. Hayes, salesman, removed the paint sealer and scotch guard from our purchase. Crazy. Now have to pay for myself. Folks, do your homework. These people focus ONLY on sales.

Have bought cars from this dealer in the past and great experience. This time around, Mike, the finance guy was an issue. Only showed us 1 interes
Have bought cars from this dealer in the past and great experience. This time around, Mike, the finance guy was an issue. Only showed us 1 interest rate/bank, and 1 loan term. We had to push him to show us other financing options. We showed him the better rate we had from capital one, and he just laughed us off. He was really dismissive and condescending. Ended up leaving, then came back the next day and bought the car outright rather than financing through him.
