We paid for choices you made, the paint added on after price you promised. I am told other customers were given price quoted. The man that showed us the car pushed things along, I thought because he wanted to make sure we were buying. We did purchase a blue bolt, with cash. Chris is young and probably assimilate information quickly. I have slowed down. Much of what he flew through did not stick. Perhaps your dealership only gives new owners an hour, or Chris hurried things along on his own.
In conclusion, everyone should be offered same price, and you should take time to teach the new owners all about their first electric car.

Roman was very helpful, but I have had issues with the
deceiving Intallation advertising. First I was told that Chevrolet will do the installation, then that Chevrolet actually only pays 1000$ with no opt

That is very deceiving.
