I haven't purchased a car from a dealer in over 15 years. But my 2006 Toyota Sienna, with 272,000 miles on it was done. I knew I wanted another Toyota, so I went looking on the local Toyota's websites. To But my 2006 Toyota Sienna, with 272,000 miles on it was done. I knew I wanted another Toyota, so I went looking on the local Toyota's websites. Toyota of Cleveland had the easiest website to maneuver, and I could look for vehicles, both new and used. They also had more inventory than any other dealer in the surrounding areas. I completed the finance application online and was immediately contacted by Katie. She was very professional and answered my questions. I was very interested in a specific Highlander and decided to head on up to the dealership and check it out. Once at the dealership and while waiting, I had several team members ask me if I needed anything, but not in a pushy way. Katie introduced Caleb Lewis to me. After introductions and because I was interested in a specific vehicle, Caleb immediately pulled it up to the front for me to check out and test drive. My dad was also with me so during the test drive Caleb sat in the back seat and directed me. I told Caleb I had wanted a good long drive to check out the vehicle thoroughly. Throughout the drive I asked questions which Caleb was able to answer. We went both highway and back roads to get back to the dealership. Of course, I immediately knew this was my car, so it was all about the numbers now. The finance team was amazing and got me in my new car for a price I was able to handle even with some additional upgrades. Thanks Toyota of Cleveland for your awesomeness. I won’t be going anywhere else to buy vehicles new or used. More

Kenny Jones is very good at what he does. We were so undecided on which SUV we wanted. Kenny was very helpful in showing us the different models and options. Kenny has a lot of experience in the car market and it shows. He did not pressure us in any way and when we were done I feel like I made a new friend that I can call anytime I have a question about my new Toyota. Also Monte Burney (the GM) is just an AWESOME guy! He is like an old friend whom I had not seen in a while. His dealership is not like a work place it's more like a fun place to hang with all your buddies. Thanks to the whole team that worked with us. Because of the experience we had, this is now our preferred dealership. Finally the finance dept. was spot on. Julien Allinder did a fantastic job. More

I do not enjoy feeling pressured to make decisions, and he took his time while being respectful of my time, as well. He was personable, but also stayed on track so that I did not have to be there longer than needed. He was attentive and excellent at gaging what my thoughts were when car shopping. I do not believe there is another salesman there that could’ve served me better, although, there wasn’t one there that I encountered that didn’t greet me with a kind smiling face. The dealership itself was also immaculate. I would recommend to anyone looking to buy a car to come see Cal at Toyota of Cleveland. Also, my kids were absolutely ecstatic to see our new non-minivan third row seater! More

Our first ever Toyota and first experience with TOYOTA OF CLEVELAND. Sales pressure simply does not exist. Atmosphere is quite informal meaning all the team treats you like a new friend and less like a client. I found this refreshing. I believe I received an excellent deal and excellent value for my trade. The dealership inventory was very good, especially for a Toyota dealership where, based on demand, some models are difficult to find. This was the only vehicle dealership we visited because their website was up to date and the only nearby dealership that had what we were looking for. Evan Hicks was our salesman and patiently helped me through linking the phone and new App to the new truck...and answering a thousand questions. Evan is also a Toyota owner making his familiarity easy to navigate through the vast Toyota selection. As for the vehicle itself - When I left the dealership, I pulled onto I-75 and glided into traffic. The truck's (TRD Pro) smoothness and ride quality exceeded my expectations. The growl of the tuned exhaust was just icing on the cake. More
