The service technician's communication was clear and I understood the situation. I was able to approve the service and get updates via text. I made the mistake of taking my car somewhere cheaper to get work done, but it was not worth it. The quality of care I received at Audi Silver Spring is well worth every dollar spent. I love my Q5 and my peace of mind which is why the only place I will take it to is Audi Silver Spring! More
