Audi of silver spring was the best experience since I purchased my used vehicle I have been to other dealer that didn't fix my issue's died about ans caused me more problems. Bur Demitra was great and purchased my used vehicle I have been to other dealer that didn't fix my issue's died about ans caused me more problems. Bur Demitra was great and the staff was great she walked me through the process she didn't give up whenever the insurance company kept asking for more thing's and she won. She was respectful professional and kind the entire 2 weeks my car was there. If you own a Audi and you looking for service choose Audi of silver springs ask for Dimitra tell her Roberta T dent you . The dealership was exceptional as well as the people in it. Great customer service support as well as a great atmosphere. They were very welcoming and did anything they could to accommodate me. I went to about 6 dealerships before I came into this one and I was amazed by everything, that I walked out with my dream car! Stop at this dealership first! Julie is a pleasure to work with! We mostly communicate upcoming appointments via text and she’s concise, responsive and very knowledgeable. I bought a used RS7 from a non-Audi Deal We mostly communicate upcoming appointments via text and she’s concise, responsive and very knowledgeable. I bought a used RS7 from a non-Audi Dealership and they couldn’t get me the Window Sticker. I tried to use online tools but nothing worked-until I called Julie! She got me the sticker within minutes! When I told her I was going to sell my RS7, in hopes of finding a used SQ8, she told me to let her know if there was anything she could do to help during my search. I took her up on her offer and sent her a couple of VINs to see if any of the cars I was interested in had any major service issues reported and she helped provide insight which led to me picking my current car! This is, by far, my best Dealership experience and I owe it to Julie and her knowledgeable Team in the Service Dept (shoutout to Andy H and Brittany F)! Julie is THE BEST!! More
