I live in Lakeland, Florida and I found online a 2024 Nissan Rogue that they had for sale for $23054. I called the Dealership to verify that the car was available for sale and Julian, the sales person, confirmed that it was available. We talked about the out the door price and he gave me an estimated price of about $26,000 but I had to go to the dealership in person. It took me 2 hours on the I-4 to get to there and when I did the Julian had left and his friend, another sales representative, came to me, looked up the car on the computer and said that they had it there but for a different price $27258. He went with the sales Manager and told me that the car had been sold. They either sold the car in two hours or were they trying to trick me. After that, they asked if I wanted to buy a used 2024 Nissan Rogue 15,000 miles for the same price. They said that it was a new car that they take and sell to the service department to make the monthly sales bonus. This is outrageous. They treated me with such little respect and dignity. This was a huge waste of time and money for no reason. I would leave zero stars but that is not an option. More
