This dealership gave me the run around regarding price and honest upfront answers. I know car buying is a game but Babylon Honda was absolutely ridiculous. All I wanted to know was the out the door price and honest upfront answers. I know car buying is a game but Babylon Honda was absolutely ridiculous. All I wanted to know was the out the door price of the car and how much the percentage rate would be if I financed. I was in that dealership 3 times for hours. The 2nd time I wanted to buy the car but I was not being told the percentage rate on the car. I was told a finance manager had to run the numbers and he wasn’t available. Meanwhile it was a Saturday at a dealership I know a finance manager was available. Come to find out when I bought the car a week later the finance manager mentioned he was in fact available the day I was there to have my questions answered. I was also told the car I wanted wasnt available and they had to order it. I had to reached out to inquire if the car came in. When I showed up to purchase I found out that the car that arrived wasn’t the car I expected. It had a trailer hitch and other bells and whistles I didnt want to pay for or need. The kicker is I did not pay for the trailer hitch but I was not happy the car I received had 140miles on it while the entire time this same car was on the Babylon Honda lot and only had 30miles on it. I honestly didn’t complain about this bc I just wanted to get the car buying over with and forget dealing with the dealership all together. The NEW Babylon Honda needs to get their act together and learn how to listen to their potential car buyers and answer them honestly. Also I was told Jules was a manager who I dealt with at some point but I just saw on this review page he is under the Sales team. I am now questioning the honesty at this dealership even more so than I did last week. I ended up dealing with Andre who did not listen and was not helpful. He kept telling me I needed to head into the dealership to have my finance questions answered yet I was there days prior and was told no finance manager was available to run my credit which as I wrote earlier he was available that day. I find it an absolute joke I cant get simple questions answered via phone. I have friends who purchase cars via email. The NEW Babylon Honda needs to get up to date in 2025. More

Working with Jules & purchasing my vehicle from them was an absolute pleasure! No hassles, no fuss, just a great experience! They had my vehicle all nice & cleaned up & even filled the gas tank full before an absolute pleasure! No hassles, no fuss, just a great experience! I came in to buy a certified preowned the car had numerous issues. They repaired most of them. They will not forward me paperwork to Show me what repairsthey did. I had to buy 2 new tires.
