Make sure you check your air filter, fluids, and anything else they claim they will do for you. They did not fill up my fluids and did not change our air filter as asked previously. I wasn’t going to post du else they claim they will do for you. They did not fill up my fluids and did not change our air filter as asked previously. I wasn’t going to post due to an agreement I had with the leadership but they have now failed again on upholding their agreement. This is very disappointing. Might have to start using a different location. More

Employee who works at the services department are just not polite and always have an attitude whenever I ask a question.. I had to bring my car back in more than 3 times for the same issue. I always expla not polite and always have an attitude whenever I ask a question.. I had to bring my car back in more than 3 times for the same issue. I always explain that they won’t feel vibration on the steering wheel due to the fact they do not drive the car every day like I do. Another common issue was the AC Motor first time they clean it and the second time they replace the motor and bringing it back the third time for the same issue.
