Last week I purchased a used Mazda3 hatchback from Jose Ramos. He is amazing, knowledgeable and offers service that goes above and beyond. Doug Roland was also very friendly and helpful. The service rep was great! The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star is because you have to call to let them know you need a loaner car instead of them being able to put you in on The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star is because you have to call to let them know you need a loaner car instead of them being able to put you in one when you get to the dealer to drop your car off for service . There needs to be an option online to select loaner so customers don’t have to call in to request this. More
