The team at NYE were very thorough and worked with my insurance and myself to complete the job. They helped me initially when they informed me that the damage caused by rodents may be covered by my insur insurance and myself to complete the job. They helped me initially when they informed me that the damage caused by rodents may be covered by my insurance. I removed one star as the dealership had my vehicle for about a week, did close to $10k worth of work on it and returned to me without a quick wash to the outside. Seems like a dealership should be able to do that for their customers when doing that extensive of a job. A car wash was included at other dealerships I’ve used before coming to NYE. More

Very efficient service. I had an appointment and they were ready for me when I got there about 15 minutes early. The diagnosis of one of my problems seemed to be right on, I had an appointment and they were ready for me when I got there about 15 minutes early.
