I had a truly disappointing experience at this dealership. Over the phone, Juan agreed to sell me a pre-owned car for $19,000. Based on this agreement, I drove 30 miles to the dealership, expectin dealership. Over the phone, Juan agreed to sell me a pre-owned car for $19,000. Based on this agreement, I drove 30 miles to the dealership, expecting a smooth transaction. However, once I arrived, the situation completely changed. Not only did Juan go back on his word, but he also raised his voice and treated both me and my brother with disrespect. This was by far one of the worst dealership experiences I’ve ever had. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place, and especially to steer clear of Juan. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for honest and respectful service. More
