I absolutely love my new vehicle!!! I went in looking for a potential buy, but trying not to get my hopes up. I was expecting to walk out empty handed. Boy was I wrong!!!! I was just floored. I'm coming from a 2009 Ford escape which is pretty roomy, and didn't want to go smaller. The newer 2019 is a bit smaller than my 2009, but the Ford Edge was the exact upgrade I needed. I hadn't even seen it and the sales guys were amazing. I told them what I didn't want which was a size concern for me. And my budget. It fit better than a glove. Super nervous the first 3 days driving a new vehicle for the first time in 10 years but it's been so much fun! It picks up nicely. I can't believe they found me a perfect car. From the moment I stepped out of my car, to the driving away. The attention to details and the patience they have is spectacular. I left feeling very good. I'm one to get cold feet on big purchases, but this one was just right. The next time I have to buy another vehicle, I am 100% coming back to Randall Reed's Planet Ford on 59. I'm not even going to look else where. Best buying experience ever. More
