We could not have made it more clear that we were traveling an hour to come look at the car and wanted to make sure the car was still available., We made the first appointment in the morning. Car was brought around front and we went for the test drive. When we get back and sit down to get to the offer when they tell us it was sold!!!! BUT they have another one with various features. NOT THE CAR WE TALKD ABOUT OR WANTED! No call/ Text/ No mentioned about it being sold/ NOTHING said ahead of time. Can not help but wonder how many people get this same treatment ever week. Kenny Ross lost a customer for life and we will continue to tell people the truth about how they do business. A simple call or text or even mentioning it ahead of time would have avoided this. More
