I am very disappointed in my experience. My battery needed to be replaced and as a result was towed in. Battery was replaced but I made the mistake of assuming that the diagnostic fee of $170 would inc needed to be replaced and as a result was towed in. Battery was replaced but I made the mistake of assuming that the diagnostic fee of $170 would include even a glance at the "check engine" light. Nope, I was told that would be another diagnostic fee. Thanks anyway. Lastly, this has occured the handful of times I have come in. Get off your chair, stop yucking it up with your co-workers and greet me when I come in and thank me for my business. We all have choices on where to spend our money. When I stop returning to a business it is not one issue but a stack of little common decencies that are forgotten and I don't feel that my business is valued. I will go where my dollar and I are valued. More
