I started the evening with a Mr. Shannon, he was jovial, kind and made the process easy and comfortable. He was informative, patient, and stayed with us until 11:30pm! We were waffling about pricing, payments and what would be a good choice for our family. I had a pretty strict window for costs and what I was willing to spend, not to be stingy, but because I am on a tight budget. Josh (Mr. Jones) was the "finance guy" and worked tirelessly with us to get it done. I walked away a very satisfied customer, feeling confident in my choice.
