My experience has been stressful 😩 I just purchased my vehicle after a bunch of back and forth and now I can’t get in contact with anyone on regards to my vehicle and my gap insurance! I really liked the people that work there. However, they let us buy a used car that didn’t have a fob to get in and out. It had a key for the ignition, but no way to lock or unlock the car. It wasn’t something that we looked for when testing because the door was always unlocked, but realized that as soon as we got home and locked the vehicle, we couldn’t get back in.
