This rating is based on my experience after bringing my vehicle in for its first paid maintenance June 28, 2021. BEWARE of possible warranty scams. I was assigned Service Manager, Joshua Hansmeier, who vehicle in for its first paid maintenance June 28, 2021. BEWARE of possible warranty scams. I was assigned Service Manager, Joshua Hansmeier, who asked me why I had come in that day and how the car was doing. I explained that I was only there for scheduled maintenance, and nothing was wrong with the car. Later, Joshua approached me in the waiting room and told me, 'a "safety check" had been done, and a leak had been found in the seal of the condenser to the AC.' I was puzzled because the AC was working just fine; no pooling condensation, no blowing warm air, no noise. Condensers usually go out after 10-15 years. This car is 4 years old. Safety check? He explained that the leak, 'was a gas, and I wouldn't notice it.' This seemed odd to me, but, at that moment, I will trust that he is the expert, and they must have found something in the diagnostic that maybe would have been missed otherwise. This 'repair' is under warranty. Joshua was very nice; very professional. There was no charge to me, and I was provided a rental car. I was never shown the defective part upon pick up. Not a huge deal. Okay, alright. And then I read the invoice... "Customer states AC blowing warm, check and advise" No, no I did not state that. I did state that nothing was wrong with the car. Commission is made off of manufacturer warranties- The customer doesn't have to pay- so no push-back there. However, the part is unnecessarily removed, perhaps compromising the original factory seal. Plus, it's a lie. June 30- Left a nice message requesting a cb from Joshua. He never did. June 30- Made requests with receptionists (2) to speak with the person who was in charge of the service managers. I was told they couldn't find anyone, didn't know his name, but would leave a message (for him). One said she would tag it as urgent, and I should hear back immediately from this person. Never did. July 7- Spoke to another off-site receptionist- Again, he couldn't get through to anyone, but would leave a message for the person in charge of managers. July 7- Spoke to a Service Advisor at another valley Honda dealer for advice. He told me that the false statement attributed to me was questionable. That if there was a leak in the condenser, it would have been blowing hot. It wasn't. Got the name and number to Bell Honda's Service Director, Glen Denny (the person in charge of the managers). I left him a message to please call me back. No response. All they had to do is get back to me. The fact that no one would, especially the Director, is highly suspicious and extremely poor customer service. More

I have a Honda CrV and have been working with Bell Honda service since I got it a couple years ago. Would t bring it anywhere else. Joshua Hansmeier is amazing and would highly recommend both him and Bell H service since I got it a couple years ago. Would t bring it anywhere else. More than expected The service Manager Joshua promised us fast and complete service. We live 2 hours west of Bell. The car went in at9am and was ready before 1pm. Best in the Business I brought my vehicle into Joshua Hansmeier at Bell Honda solely because I was referred that he does excellent honest work for a great price. Joshua Hansmeier is the best! Service Department Are Lying Shysters I was a loyal Bell Honda customer for 17 years, having purchased 4 new Honda vehicles from them and giving them 100% of my service work. However, I will NEVER do business with them again! STAY AWAY from their service department! Their service reps and service manager routinely lie about un-needed repairs, and I have caught them recently stating that I needed a new battery, which was a lie since I had the battery re-tested by three different auto service departments and it is fine. Then, George, the service manager verbally gave me an "out the door" price for replacing my timing belt, then tried to tack-on a $42 "environmental fee" when I picked-up the vehicle. After checking with three other Phoenix Honda dealers, they stated that no environmental fee should ever be added for a timing-belt replacement! Again, another lie! Finally, when I called George to express my feelings about him lying to me, he talked over me, and would not allow me to express myself. When I escalated the conversation to express my disgust with his unprofessional and condescending attitude, he HUNG UP ON ME! STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER! More

Terrible Service and aggressive salespeople- Do not use. This is the worst experience with service I ever had. I was sold a Zaktec application to protect the paint. Since I paid for it, I went for the application after 6 months. The car was barely washed after 4 hours of wait. They gave the car to me, deceitfully telling me Zactec was applied. But No Zaktec application the 1st time, the car was barely washed. There was never a reminder after a year for the 2nd application. So I called and made an appointment. They told me 3 hours max., because of my 1st experience. After 3 hours the car was in the parking lot, not even washed. Went over to sales and told them I don't want this service anymore, I want a pro-rated refund. They said no refunds on this. I drove the car off the lot and no one knows that I did. The sales people were aggressive, the service was bad. I advice that prospective buyers use a different Dealer. More
