I had received a oil change offer for $39. 95 but by the I called it had expired. The person I spoke to on the phone said she'd still honor it i took the care in but instead of the $39.95 I was 95 but by the I called it had expired. The very same day, I received an offer for oil change and tire rotation for $19.95 from Bell Honda. Obbiously, I won't getting my service done by Bell anymore. More

Service I went in for, oil change, was unremarkable. The Service Advisor courteous and friendly. They said a Multi-point Inspection was performed at that time. I was given a 3 page report with categorie The Service Advisor courteous and friendly. They said a Multi-point Inspection was performed at that time. I was given a 3 page report with categories that were "checked" and any that needed attention were discussed with me. Five days after the oil change I began noticing an unusual sound coming from under the hood. After 2 days and only getting louder, I had it towed and inspected. There was absolutely no transmission fluid- it was bone dry and I was told it had been this way for quite some time. I had to get a new transmission! Bell Honda's inspection report, under the category "Under Vehicle" had checked off 'Transmission/Differential/Transfer Case (Check Fluid Level, Fluid condition and Fluid Leaks' as Checked and OK at this time. Had they actually checked, they would have seen the level was non-existent. Bell Honda lost the opportunity to do major repairs or even potentially, talk me into a new vehicle. Very disappointed and would never trust that dealership again. The advisor that handled my visit is not listed on 'Rate people you worked with'. More
