Arrived at 9:40 for my appt. Spent all day in waiting room. A text was sent that my car was done at 5 pm. Didn't see text, so I waited until 5:45 to go looking for my car. I was Spent all day in waiting room. A text was sent that my car was done at 5 pm. Didn't see text, so I waited until 5:45 to go looking for my car. I was only person in waiting room after 5 pm. Would be nice for someone to check on why I was still there. Having waited all day, it would have been curteous for someone to let me know car was ready. Also had tires rotated. Screwed up the tire pressure sensors so now tire pressure warning is on even though pressure is fine. Not sure I will be back even for the free service. More

My recall part was not in but they never let me know and let me wait the time for a repair (4 hours killing time) to get my car back. Never telling me anything. I had to call them to check on my car.
