My son and I bought two new 2024 Jettas in March 2024. My son's Jetta had a small ding in the hood at time of sale, and both Josh and Gabe assured us they would address it promptly. However, it took over three months to resolve the issue, with no proactive follow-up from either of them. They only responded when I reached out, and eventually connected us with the third-party repair technician. After two no-shows, I expressed my frustration, but received no response. Although this wasn't my first purchase from Heritage, it will likely be my last. A simple follow-up to honor their promises would have made a significant difference, especially given the poor service from their provider. The problem is finally fixed, working directly with the service provider, and still no communication from Gabe or Josh. Extremely poor customer service that is both surprising and disappointing. I am in the process of sending in complaint to VW Customer Care. More

Great buying experience. I called in looking for a new jetta for my wife and talked to Josh, was very kind and helpful, i wasnt able to get there during the day, so he had th I called in looking for a new jetta for my wife and talked to Josh, was very kind and helpful, i wasnt able to get there during the day, so he had the car detailed and ready for us to look at when we got there, Stephen was very helpful and was able to go over everything on the car and even waited for us after we were done to make sure we had our VW app setup and phone connected to the car. Rhonda make the finance experience a breeze, and with some laughs. thanks again for a great expreience! More

Charis Winston, my salesman was EXTREMELY responsive by both phone and email, a great multitasker (he had 2 customers & I never felt neglected), listened to my needs and the most professional salesman I've both phone and email, a great multitasker (he had 2 customers & I never felt neglected), listened to my needs and the most professional salesman I've ever had the pleasure to do business with. Charis told us he is new to the industry and should be rewarded for his model worthy customer service. Lastly, the Sales Managers were ALL wonderful and the GM Gabriel was great to meet and interact with, he really made us feel welcomed and took the time after hours to converse at great length with us. Thank you for the great experience and even though we live almost an hour away, and pass another VW dealer.....we will be back! More
