no communication you were texting me form someone that was on vacation so noone saw my request. every time i book it they never see my service plan and try and charge me. i paid for the top detail package was on vacation so noone saw my request. every time i book it they never see my service plan and try and charge me. i paid for the top detail package and my truck came back looking horrible the windshield is covered in stuff you can barely see out of it i honestly don't think the tires were roated when i asked she said ohhhh yeah that was done then didn't drop my car off until 630 pm because they couldn't find a service and i was stuck at work waiting. its also asking me to rate people that didn't have anything to do with my service.
