My first phone call to hamer I was put in touch with a salesman named manny this guy from our first phone call was so professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle I was enquiring about he made me feel very comfortable about the possibility of purchasing the vehicle. To make a long story short everything manny and I talked about was true about this vehicle, there was no b.s. From manny, he is a very honest guy and followed th rough on everything he told me.I highly recommend manny and hamer toyota. When we saw the interior of the car and not satisfied with its color, the dealer representative readily and quickly took the one we prefer. From our test driving up to the signing of the contract, we were courteously informed about the car, its safety measures and well entertained in spite of the many questions and some price reduction request for approval. Finally, we signed the contract comfortably because of the exhaustive information provided us. After scheduling an appointment with another employe As a young, first time car buyer, my wife and I chose Hamer due to referrals and great service. After scheduling an appointment with another employee, and noticing a price discrepancy of about $3000 about what was quoted versus what was listed online, I came earlier than my appointment (gut feeling) and found Paul Arias who showed me the car I wanted. As he was closing the deal, a small dispute (clients can hear) arose from the employee I chose to not work with and overtook Paul's deal. After leaving the dealership, my wife called Paul to let him know that the issue was not a reflection of him or his work, but rather with the employee in question. He invited us back and after speaking with his manager, Raymond Arredondo, we finalized the deal, that easy. At financing, we worked with Josh Salcido, who also went the extra mile to deliver excellent service. Despite the small setback, my wife and I found the overall experience at Hamer was honest, respectful, and believe me, very professional. Thanks to Paul and Raymond, we will continue to recommend them to future clients and car buyers that are looking for reliable, professional and worth-while car buying experiences. More
