They were wonderful start to finish. From my first encounter with the sales man Jake who wanted to know my “must haves” had me in and out for a test drive in 15 minutes. He wasn’t to aggressive when I encounter with the sales man Jake who wanted to know my “must haves” had me in and out for a test drive in 15 minutes. He wasn’t to aggressive when I said I wasn’t ready to make a deal but persistent and asked if I would be back in the next day or 2 which I was. He was readily available when I reached out for some additional information on the SUV I was going to possibly purchase. The day I came in to test drive the car again I really didn’t need to drive it again but wanted to sit and see all the “bells and whistles”. Jake sat with me in the car showing me features of how things worked and after 10 min I was ready to make the deal. He worked hard to get me the best deal and josh in finance was awesome and the one who had sold my mom her 2020 Sportage and why I decided to bring my business to Destination Kia. More

Dealership itself was very clean and inviting. Our sales associate was nice but was incorrect about the $400 return fee.
