When I visited Paul at Blue Springs F I looked at several vehicles before I decided what I wanted. I went to several dealerships of different brands. When I visited Paul at Blue Springs Ford, there was no pressure, just a great conversation and information that I asked for. When i decided what I wanted, I was very specific. Paul worked hard to get me exactly what I was looking for even though it wasn’t easy. I wanted a 2018 and it is almost 2019. Communication was excellent! Price was transparent and fair. There are tons of bells and whistle‘s and they took the time to explain everything and set everything up the way I wanted before I left. It was a great experience and I will go back to that dealership and Paul every time I am looking for a Ford vehicle! More
