The service center gets a 2 because I took off work because they said they had no vehicle to loan me while Car was in shop. Used 3 hrs of vacation to make appointment that apparently the up load to the because they said they had no vehicle to loan me while Car was in shop. Used 3 hrs of vacation to make appointment that apparently the up load to the transmission was all ready done. How was that not in the system? They did give me a couple of shirts for not having a car for me and did check a couple things I was concerned about. Everyone was polite and very helpful. The 2 stars is because of wasting my time and using my vacation. More

I can’t say that I have ever had a bad experience there . Service has been great and never had problems with a loner. When I needed one.
