The service center gets a 2 because I took off work because they said they had no vehicle to loan me while Car was in shop. Used 3 hrs of vacation to make appointment that apparently the up load to the because they said they had no vehicle to loan me while Car was in shop. They did give me a couple of shirts for not having a car for me and did check a couple things I was concerned about. Everyone was polite and very helpful. The 2 stars is because of wasting my time and using my vacation. More
