We have never felt so comfortable stepping into a dealer- and we were purchasing a preowned honda! the level of professionalism by Dale and JJ was next to none. We actually purchased the vehicle JJ ( finance) traded in and the extra time he spent with us was not expected but was very appreciated! and Last, but certainly not least- we took delivery and there was a dozen long stem red roses on the vehicle for me!! This was absolutely incredible - I have never seen such service before from a sales consultant and I’m in sales! Dale was so great and he certainly made me think of new creative ways to step up my game :) Not only the guys we worked with..but the entire staff- we were laughing and cracking jokes with them! You never know what you are going to get walking into a any dealership, much less a Luxury dealership and we felt so comfortable- it was an experience we literally told everyone about all weekend!
