There are too many adjectives I could use to describe about Isaac and the dealership. We are very happy with the purchase of our SUV RX350L. Isaac was very helpful and knowledgeable in answering all of our questions. He seemed a very genuine person and was there for us every step of the way. Outstanding friendly approach to the customers; one of the the best experiences we had dealing with Dealerships. It seemed like they all got the training about the number one thump of rule of Customer satisfaction or ‘Customer comes first’ for a successful business. Wade is very passionate, communicative and enthusiastic about his work and his technical knowledge about the cars are amazing. JJ was very helpful and explained/explored the best various options to complete our paperwork. The entire experience was a pleasure and we will definitely recommend to others. More

We had a wonderful experience with Al. He was not pushy or overbearing, but instead really listened to what we were looking for. I think he knew exactly what we wanted even more than we did. What a wonderful place to buy a new Lexus NX 450h+! !! First dealer in the Midwest to work a deal with me to get the new PEV NX, staff was very friendly. I worked with Al Zinda on my car purchase after my vehicle was totaled by insurance. I initially went to browse and was looking for the same brand as my rental. Al put things into perspective for me a vehicle was totaled by insurance. I initially went to browse and was looking for the same brand as my rental. Al put things into perspective for me and found me the perfect vehicle to meet my needs and beyond! I never felt pressured and the process went very smooth. JJ worked his magic with financing and I couldn’t be happier! The flowers were a great surprise and much appreciated after everything I have been through in the past couple weeks.
