I brought my car to this location to have a routine check up as I was going on a road trip and wanted to make sure everything was in order. Angela gave me a clean bill of health and a signed copy that everyt up as I was going on a road trip and wanted to make sure everything was in order. I went a month ahead of time and spent four visits trying to have them fix my AC that wasn't broke. They used used parts inside my vehicle. And finally decided after my 90 day contract to go to a different Subaru. My AC didn't work after four visits and the funny thing is it wasn't broken when I arrived there the first time! One visit at another Subaru fixed all the odd ball issues that came from this store. Angela made it seem like it was my problem and I witnessed her talking bad about the customer before me. The whole store seemed to be out to lunch and they made a mistake during my first visit and decided they didn't want to fix it. I would stay away from this Subaru and go to one that wont knock a bunch of things out of place and then not care. More

Takes way too long to get your car serviced! We set our appointment for a routine oil change 2 weeks ahead. On the day of, we arrived 10-20 minutes early. The service desk manager remarked how 2 cars scheduled earlier than us weren’t there yet. We waited 3 HOURS for our car to get an oil change! 3 HOURS! After 2.5 hours and an uncomfortable nap later, I went to the desk to ask what was taking so long. The manager said they must have gone to lunch. Oh no kidding, huh? Terrible service and experience. I will never go back for any kind of services here. More

We were nearing the e Darby guided my wife and I through a very positive and stress-free purchasing experience at Subaru Superstore several days ago. We were nearing the end of a 36-month lease on our Subaru Outback, inclined to lease another Outback, and Darby was extremely knowledgeable regarding our lease-end options and the entire range of the Subaru inventory, listening to what we said, answering our questions and helping us focus on the best options for us--we ultimately chose another Outback! Darby is an expert on the In's and Out's of auto leasing, did a great job of explaining our options and creating a positive shopping environment--we had the information we needed, no pressure. and all the time we needed. Darby is thoroughly professional, a great listener, and patient as well. Darby deserves recognition for his skills and personal qualities--the dealership should consider utilizing Darby in a mentoring role for other sales associates and giving him additional managerial responsibilities. Also want to thank Alex Aaslid for doing a great job of explaining the financing documents, and Josh for explaining the new features of our Ouyback, setting up the bluetooth, etc. This dealership does a great job--we will recommend it to others and continue to be customers.
