Zerryck was excellent from start to finish in his communication & followup. I left Lexus after I owned 3 before & never had problems with any of the cars. Their understanding of my wants and needs, in addition to their communication and prompt follow through were superior to all of the other dealerships I visited. As well, Drew was beyond patient in training me on all things electronic and showing me how to operate all of the extras that come with owning a Lexus. The service department has been incredibly accommodating, even giving me a vehicle to drive while mine was being prepped.
