Zerryck was excellent from start to finish in his communication & followup. I left Lexus after I owned 3 before & never had problems with any of the cars. I did switch to Audi but quickly found out t communication & followup. I left Lexus after I owned 3 before & never had problems with any of the cars. Luxury brands come with the expectation of a higher level of customer service, and Metro Lexus of Akron-Canton's staff and facility nailed it! Kristen, my sales consultant, and John, the finance manager, pr of customer service, and Metro Lexus of Akron-Canton's staff and facility nailed it! Kristen, my sales consultant, and John, the finance manager, provided first-in-class service from the moment I called to inquire about a new car. The experience could not have been better. Their understanding of my wants and needs, in addition to their communication and prompt follow through were superior to all of the other dealerships I visited. As well, Drew was beyond patient in training me on all things electronic and showing me how to operate all of the extras that come with owning a Lexus. The service department has been incredibly accommodating, even giving me a vehicle to drive while mine was being prepped. And the service area has amenities that make waiting very comfortable - including beverages and snacks. I am a customer for life! Thank you for taking the anxiety and hassle out of purchasing a car. I could not be more happy with my beautiful, new vehicle! More
