Zerryck was excellent from start to finish in his communication & followup. I left Lexus after I owned 3 before & never had problems with any of the cars. I did switch to Audi but quickly found out t communication & followup. I left Lexus after I owned 3 before & never had problems with any of the cars. I did switch to Audi but quickly found out the car did not hold up w/ multiple issues & much frustration dealing w/ the local Cascade dealer. So I finally came back to Lexus. More
