He even assisted the wife in transferring stuff from the trade-in to the one we purchased...that meant a lot to us...it showed he cared. Now to the financing portion...Taylor Alton was great..was excellent customer service. He explain everything in detail and answered all our questions. We think he was looking out for our best interest. The was no presure or stress during our financing process. Overall great experience, which show Toyota of Cleveland is a great place if anyone is in search of a new or used vehicle. More
