Bad business, salesman & manager were of poor Quality, truck was filthy, smelled like dog feces, and quite a bit of dog hair around the sunroof, we don’t live close so we told them we would have it done i truck was filthy, smelled like dog feces, and quite a bit of dog hair around the sunroof, we don’t live close so we told them we would have it done in our town, the manager said absolutely not, I won’t pay for that, the manager promised he would call us to pick up the vehicle to get retailed again, they never have..The vehicle was supposed to have 36000 miles, it had 39000 miles, to them it was no big deal, the manager refused to listen to my wife’s concern, they were ignored,when the deal was done we asked the manager, do we owe you anymore money, we were told no, and shook our hand, as we were walking out to the car we were stopped by the salesman to tell us we owed more money, apparently he is not a man of his word, or the manager needs more training.there is much more they did and didn’t do.. GOODBYE DEPAULA FORD never again, and our friends and family will hear about this so it doesn’t happen to them More

Even though I had my issues with the service departments communication with me during the time my vehicle was in the shop for over 2 months, i gave them 5 stars because I know bad ratings affects their pay. communication with me during the time my vehicle was in the shop for over 2 months, i gave them 5 stars because I know bad ratings affects their pay.
