This is for the Service Dept: I cannot express my thanks and appreciation high enough for your Service dept !!! We were on our way, driving to Florida from New Hampshire in our Honda Ridgeline when we sudd and appreciation high enough for your Service dept !!! We were on our way, driving to Florida from New Hampshire in our Honda Ridgeline when we suddenly got a check engine indicated, and we lost more than 50% of engine power. To make a long story short, we were able to get off the highway and get it towed to Hagerstown Honda. With Jarrod’s help, it was fixed promptly the next day ! We are now in Florida with a fine running Ridgeline ! Hagerstown Honda’s Service Dept. was an absolute blessing !!! We can’t say Thank You enough !!! More

We just picked up our 3rd Honda from Hagerstown Honda. We recently tried another Honda dealership but they felt pushy & not honest. We've never experienced this at Hagerstown Honda. Paul was amazing! We always felt like Paul was being 100% honest with us. We didn't feel like we had to "dicker" to get a good deal. We had a better offer on our trade than the other dealership. Hagerstown Honda worked with us to get the payment we wanted. If we ever get another new car we will not waste our time going anyplace else! If you're looking for a new car go to Hagerstown Honda and ask for Paul Shockey. He will do you right! More
