On Friday, the Service Advisor Matt indicated my car was ready. He told me that he would email me the invoice and as of this writing I have not recieved the email, nor do i know what the repair bill amount is. First, we have not addressed the issue of acquiring the original warranty paperwork that was inside the glove box. They say it is on me to present said paperwork, yet it was in the car where I keep warranty info, service records, etc. So the logical next step is to look at the original file; yet they claim the original paperwork is archived and they would have to retrieve it. They, in 3 months' time, have refused to remedy this by gettring a copy of the Lifetime Warranty. Next is the delay in obtaining parts. First the excuse was they could not get parts. Then it changed to the parts were not warrantied. Yet based on the mileage, the part should have been warrantied. Next is they claim that i did not follow the service schedule. For about 14 months, i did not drive this car due to me primarily driving my work unit and my Infinity- to which i get all of my service maintenance done thru this dealership. They made claim that i have to service it every 3k miles, yet if i did not drive it even 1 mile, how was there wear and tear AND where is it in the language of the warranty that when my vehicle is not in use, i have to drive it 3k miles? My problem with all this is that, i have been a loyal, faithful customer who is considering purchasing another vehicle. Yet if i being treated ike this with 3 different vehilces, why on Earth would I do business with a company that shows no integrity, honesty or ensuring customers are serviced properly? I have done business with Mclarty Daniels since 2013, and have given them every opportunity to make this right. Waiting on a response from Customer Engagement Manager Mr. Edwards. Ill keep you updated....
