If I could give 0 stars I would. I purchased my 2022 Hyundai Kona July of 2022, and was very Happy with my purchase and the kind salesman who helped me. I was enrolled in the Military For Life Service Plan, which state that I could receive a complimentary car wash for life along with other allowances. I had no problem getting my car washed the first time, but when I tried to schedule another wash I was met with excuses and straight out rudeness from the service dept. They basically lied and reneged on the offer I signed up for. I am in shock of the way they handled this, so much for honoring a promise to a veteran. I will never buy another vehicle from this place nor recommend them to a friend. Customer service sucks!! Thy don't honor their word or promises. More
